Your parcels will be lovingly wrapped in 100% recyclable, zero plastic packaging and posted via Royal Mail within 3 days of completing your order.

If you are purchasing as a gift and would like a note or the invoice to be emailed rather than included please be sure to specify in the notes section upon ordering.

Postage and packaging is £5 per order for UK addresses. 
Orders outside of the UK will vary due to location.

Prices will be in line with Royal Mail rates + packaging of £3 per order.
 

In the unlikely case that you are not 100% satisfied with your Sugar product, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt. 

Return costs will be your responsibility unless there is a fault with the product and refunds will be made once we receive the item back. 

Please remember that all of our products are handmade so subtle differences are to be expected.
